Why doesnt this part fit the sx version of the 2011 kia sportage?

The Class II - 1-1/4" receiver Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C12030 will fit SX trim levels. How items display is a result of your vehicle selections on fitguide.
The hitch does not come with trailer wiring but if you want to use for towing and not just accessories such as bike rack, the correct wiring for your vehicle is Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118526. I also recommend etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin and clip, and a carrying bag.
