The nut zerk screw for the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System for Dodge Trucks # DZ43301 is an M5x0.8 and is not replaceable without the anchor. You would need to purchase the Replacement Installation Hardware for DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System # BKT43301 to replace the screw.
