Or the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover - Retractable - Aluminum - Matte Black - Accessory T-Slots # RTT-80463.
You could also go with the Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover - Aluminum and Vinyl - Black

As long as the bed racks sit on top of the bed rails and do not go inside them, these will work.
