Question:
Do i need a Seperate Brake Controller For My Vehicle, Or is one Factory Installed and I bought a tekonsha 3015-p Wiring Adapter because my Wife lost my Original Wiring That Came with The Truck...... What do i Need to do from this Point On ??

You do not have a factory brake controller installed in your 2006 Chevy Suburban. You will need to install one, the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 would be an excellent choice since it is one of the best performing controllers on the market.
If you check out the FAQ article I attached you will see everything needed to install a brake controller in your vehicle. If you have a factory installed 7-way at the rear of your vehicle all you will need is a brake controller harness # 3025-P.
If you have a factory 4-way at the rear of your vehicle there will be a couple more step you will need to complete. See the FAQ for more details.
