While you didn't mention the specific Stealth Hitches hitch, so long as the one you are looking at has the needed tongue weight capacity and is a 2 inch receiver, there is a motorcycle carrier you can use, from Ultra-Fab:
- Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches # UF48-979033
While the # UF48-979033 says "Dirt Bike Carrier" it has a 500 lb weight capacity, 77 inch length, and inside track width of 5 inches, so as long as your motorcycle fits within those parameters it will work with this carrier. The hitch receiver also needs to have the appropriate tongue weight capacity for the 53 lb carrier and the weight of your bike.
It comes with a pin and clip but I do recommend adding a lock to secure it to your hitch, the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98882, and you'll need tie-downs such as the Erickson Motorcycle and ATV Tie-Downs # EM05729.
