Yes, the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier and TelosXL Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs # MPG114MD-351XL kit includes 2 different kits; the TelosXL Load Assist # MPG351XL and the Kayak Rack # MPG114MD, so you can definitely get the kayak carrier separately.
