Is Curt Trailer Wiring Harness 56091 Compatible with LED Taillights

Question:
Will this work with a LED integrated tail and turn signal lights? This is for my bike rack on a 2010 Subaru Legacy. The light uses surface mount LED. I dont have a flat 4 trailer harness and need to know if this part will support the light.
