Your 100lb Worthington propane tank is going to have a Type-1 / POL outlet fitting so you could use the Camco Propane "Y" Adapter w/ Handwheel - Male P.O.L. x (2) 1"-20 Male # CAM59893 which will give you two 1 Inch-20 - Male fittings to use whatever hose size you need like the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Hose for Small Appliance - Disposable Cylinder Ports - 12' # 100284-144-MBS.
If you need a specific fitting to connect to like a 1/4" Female Inverted Flare fitting you could instead use the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for Type 1 Valve - 1/4" FIF and Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103612-MBS.
I've attached our page of Propane Tees to show you the different options we have available. If you need help picking the tee that will best serve your applications just let me know what type of connections you're needing and I can pull up the correct tee and applicable hoses for you.
