I have a 2020 KIA Sorento without any factory roof rack bars. I want to mount my old style Thule square bar roof rack. Thule says they dont make a fit kit for this application. Do you have any solution to this?

Only solution is an all new roof rack unfortunately as Thule totally abandoned their older style of square bar in favor of one that has a track that runs down the bottom of it for the feet of the rack to attach to. So for your 2020 Kia Sorento only option would be a new Thule square bar rack like the part # TH712200, # TH710601, and # TH186033.
