The # C59496 powered taillight converter/wiring harness will work with your 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, but we do offer a custom harness/taillight converter that would be easier to install which is part # HM11143874.
The harness/converter plugs inline between the taillight assemblies and the vehicle taillight harnesses that feed them. You'll need to run one wire to the positive battery terminal.
