You would need some Roadmaster base plates like the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 483-1 for it to connect to. To flat tow you would also need a braking system, tow bar wiring kit, and safety cables.

For the tow bar wiring kit I recommend just using some magnetic lights like the Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120 to simply plug in and run to the rear of your Ranger to provide visible braking, stopping, and turn signals to legally tow.
