Updated 11/08/2021 | Published 11/07/2021 >
Question:
Hello, Are these Adco SFS AquaShed covers of a Marine Grade material to protect against all weather? What is the actual material they are made from, example: 300 Denier Polyester material? Are these covers 100 waterproof with an added DWR Durable Water Repellent coating? Are the Seams Taped for superior moisture protection? Do these covers have Elasticized bottom corners for fast and easy fitting?

Expert Reply:
The Adco SFS Aquashed covers like the part # 290-12263 are waterproof. The top and sides are made from a polypropylene multi layer material that beads water. All of the seams are made from the same material and are tight enough they would not let moisture through. Instead of using elastic at the bottom these have cinch ropes that you can pull tight that are at the bottom instead.
