Looking for rollers for it they are approx 4inch x 4 1/4 and 3/4inch hole

The Dutton-Lainson Rocker Roller # DL21562 that you referenced should work well for you since the dimensions of it are 4-1/4 inch by 4-1/4 inch and designed for a 3/4 inch shaft.
