There is a way to use a cargo carrier on the back of a trailer and also utilize a bike rack, though there isn't a combo all-in-one carrier/rack so you'd have to get them separate. What you can use is the following:
- Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # CC-100
- Hitch-It 2 Bike Rack for Straight Tongue Trailers # LC731138 or Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers # LC429756
The cargo carrier is approved for use behind a trailer, and you can then use one of these bike racks (depending on the type of trailer you have, either A-frame or straight tongue) to transport your bikes. Or, if you don't need the cargo carrier for your cargo it can be adapted to a bike rack with the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # CC-125.
The only other thing it will need is a hitch pin to secure it to your hitch, the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232.
