How Much Height is Added to Roof Rack with Inno Wedge Plus INBRM864RE

Question:
Can you tell me where on the Wedge Plus box the 13-3/4inch height is measured at please? Is that near the ends of the box where the floor of box s down below the crossbar i.e. measurement reflects height of the box if resting on a flat surface? I have about 12-3/4inch clearance between the top of my crossbars and my garage door. If the distance between the bottom of the box and the top of the box at the point where the bottom of the box meets the crossbar is less than 12-3/4, this could be the box for me but, Id like to be sure before purchase. Thanks.

Since the mounting hardware of the Inno Wedge Plus # INBRM864RE is slightly recessed the height added to your crossbars would actually be 12-1/4 inches and not the boxes overall height of 13-3/4 inches.
