The first thing you'll need to tow a small cargo trailer with your 2013 Land Rover Evoque is a trailer hitch receiver. If you do not have one then I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13128. Curt manufactures their hitches in the US and are known for their quality and long lasting powder coating to prevent rust.

For a ball mount you can use the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989891 which will come with a 2" and 1-7/8" ball. This ball mount has a 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop to help keep your trailer's tongue level while towing. You'll also need a trailer wiring harness to connect your vehicle's lighting to the trailer's to properly signal.
