Like Hitch #13018 type for a 2008 ML320. Is there such?Can #13018 be made to fit a 2008 ML320.

The Curt # 13018 hitch you referenced only fits the Mercedes ML320 up through the 2002 model year. The rear structure of the vehicle changed between then and the 2008 model year, so the hitch unfortunately won't fit your vehicle, and it's not recommended that the hitch or vehicle be modified to make it fit.
Curt does offer a hitch fit for your 2008 ML320, as long as it doesn't have the air ride suspension, you can use the # 13342 hitch.
