The Replacement Wheel Holder # HRSPRWHL-CR you were looking at is designed for Hollywood Racks Sport Rider and RV Rider Cargo Bike Racks so it is not confirmed to fit your CCM bike rack and at this time we do not carry any replacement parts confirmed to fit CCM bike racks.
With that said this Wheel Holder is designed to fit 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" square tubing so if that is what your bike rack uses then it could be used.
