I verified with the manufacturer, Westin, that their HDX grille guards are different parts for the 2010 and 2012 model years of Chevy Silverado 2500. Due to dimensional differences in the truck's front fascia and grille guard, brackets need to fit both the model year truck as well as the specific part number.
So unfortunately there are no brackets that will allow you to fit the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-2315 on a 2012 Chevy Silverado, because that guard is only a fit for the 2010 model year Silverado 2500.
If you wanted to add a Westin HDX grill guard to your 2012 Silverado 2500 you could, but you'd need a new guard and mounting hardware, the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Polished Stainless Steel # 57-3610 or Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-3615.
