I cant get any per to my trailer running lights or electric brakes. I know the problem is in my truck cause I dont have power at my seven way connector all my other lights are working any suggestions?

It sounds like you could be missing the 2 connections that need to be made under the hood of your vehicle. Check out the FAQ article I attached on how to make these connections.
You also could have blown fuses on the tow package fuses, check your fuse box for these circuits.
Other than that I would recommend you use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test for voltage at the back of the connector to see if the voltage is making it into the connector but not through it. You may need to trace the circuit back up the vehicle testing it periodically to see if you can find where the voltage stops and fix as necessary.
Sometimes the solution is just as simple as cleaning off corrosion from the connector, so you may inspect for that and fix as necessary.
