There's no reason that you can't cut the Truck Mud Flaps - Black Polymer - 24" Wide x 18" Tall - Qty 2 # 337RC18PPB if needed, but they are a hard polymer plastic that might be hard to trim. You're likely going to need a heavy snipping tool or razor to complete any modifications and it should be noted that any modification would void any warranty that is included.
If you need the mounting plates for these mud flaps you'll want to use the Flat Mounting Plates for 24" Mud Flaps - Qty 2 # 337MFBH2375F.
