What is Weight of Camco Travel Trailer Cover CAM45746 and is it Vented

I am considering a storage cover for the harsh Minnesota winter. I am leaning toward the Camco UltraGuard 45746 for my 34 foot Coachmen Catalina. How much does this cover weigh and is it vented? I could not see vents in looking at the pictures.
