There are several tie-down anchors available for stake pockets, but the Erickson Hide-A-Hook Truck or Trailer Anchor (2 Pack) - 1,200 lbs # EM09094 that you were looking at will not fit stake pockets.
If you have the standard 2" x 4" stake pockets then you could go with Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchors - Black Powder Coat - 2-3/4" D-Ring - 4,000 lbs - Qty 2 # PK-SPTD or Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchor - Black Powder Coat - 2" D-Ring - 1,600 lbs # T55B. The # PK-SPTD measures 5" tall and has a 2-3/8" D-Ring. The # T55B measures 4-1/4" tall and has a 2" D-Ring. I attached demonstration videos for you to check out.
