Does this product have a built-in check valve to prevent siphoning? Meaning, will it work like a vacuum breaker?

I spoke with the manufacturer, JR Products, and their tech stated the RV High Flow Water Pressure Regulator - Brass - 40-50 psi # 37262205 does have a built in check valve to prevent water from back flowing through this regulator.
