I have a solution for you, but the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC1118 that you are asking about are not a fit for 17" tires. If your 2013 Chevy Cruze has either of the two standard 17" tire sizes, 215/55-17 or 225/50-17, then you can go with the Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains # TH00023100. These chains are very easy to use and install compared to other style chains due to the integrated self-tensioning system. I attached a helpful demonstration video for you to check out.
