Dometic Toilet that Fits with only 8 inches from Wall to Toilet Bolts

will this toilet replace a dometic model 110? If so, will I need any adapter to make it fit the floor flange?

The Dometic Full-Timer Boat and RV Toilet w/ Sprayer - Standard Height # DOM29FR that you referenced would not work in place of what you have as it requires 12 inches from the back wall to the mounting bolts and what you have now only provides 8 inches.

In this smaller size we have the Weekender part # DOM64FR that would work.

There's only one RV toilet that has the 8.5 inch rough in dimension you are needing with the Dometic 300 Weekender part #DOM64FR. This is a standard height at 20 inches like you want as well.
