Question:
Where is the drain tube located on these type of units? What could be causing this? My booklet on this model has no troubleshooting on this issue.

The drain tubes on an Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner like part # AT15028-22 are located inside the shroud of the unit, so you will need to access them from the top of the coach. The shroud can be removed by undoing the four screws at the top. Once this shroud is removed you will then see the drain holes which will need to be cleaned out. I spoke with Atwood and they said these are pretty easy to see but I was not able to obtain any diagrams to point them out for you.
