The Curt # C13511 you were looking at is a great choice that will give you a 2 inch receiver that's ideal for towing or carrying a hitch mounted accessory. I really like Curt hitches because of the heavier powder coating they apply, which will stand up a bit better to nicks and scratches; this will be important in prolonging the life of the hitch and keeping it corrosion free.

For the wiring harness I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55418, which gives you a 4 way flat harness for towing a small trailer without brakes and is a plug and play installation.

You'll also need a ball mount, hitch ball and hitch pin to complete your towing setup; you can likely use a ball mount kit like the # EBMK4 since it comes with 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2" ball), a ball mount that can be used in a rise or drop configuration, a hitch pin, clip and carrying bag.
