Question:

I lost the only key I had for my adjustable hitch. I dont see any numbers on the locks. Is there a way to remove the old locks and find a number inside? Or do I need to order the complete replacement lock kit? Thanks

If you end up losing the key and don't know the lock number the only solution is to rekey the Diversi Tech ball mount with the rekey kit part # DTLBM02RK. The key number is not on the back of the lock core.
