For your 2020 Ford F-350 FX4 Single Rear Wheel I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL35FJ which is a confirmed fit and will give you up to 5000lbs of load leveling support when towing a trailer or carrying a heavy payload. These springs are adjustable between 5-100 PSI so that you can fine tune the support to your specific needs.

The # AL76KV you were looking at is only a confirmed fit for the dual rear wheel trucks, so it wont fit yours.

Lastly to keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs each time you are ready to tow or carry a heavy payload I recommend adding an on-board air compressor. I like the Air Command Compressor System # F2610 as it allows you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs with your smartphone.
