I use this truck for my Pressurewashing business, my staging equipment is between 1000 and 1500 Lbs. what SSR would you suggest and do you think I Need something for the front. Thanks

Since the payload will affect the rear suspension only, I wouldn't worry about the front suspension. A front helper spring will typically be used to offset the weight from a front mounted accessory like a plow.
For the rear suspension of your 2021 Ram ProMaster City, I'd recommend the SumoSprings Solo you'd looked at, part # SSR-311-40 which would provide you with 1400 lbs of support. This will be perfect for the 1000-1500 lb payload you spoke of.
The other option would be an air helper spring setup like part # AL60852 which I wouldn't recommend unless the weight of the payload will vary greatly from trip to trip.

I prefer the SumoSpring option because they require zero maintenance and there's never a worry about anything leaking.
