Question:

Does this receptacle and the plug PK12800 work with #6 wire? I need to hook up a boat loader on my truck rack and need a plug and receptacle.

The 2-Pole Socket Connector - Vehicle Side, # PK12801, will accept 4 or 6 gauge wire so it should be no problem for your application. If you also need a mounting bracket, use # PK11771. For the matching trailer end connector, if needed, use # PK12800.
