There are 2 sets of Roadmaster base plates for your 2017 Buick Envision.

The first is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-5. With this kit you do have removable arms that allow for a clean look when you are not towing your Envision. This will also give you the faster connection meathod as it does not require the installation of the crossbar.

The Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-4 will require you to use a cross bar to connect to your Falcon Tow Bar # RM-522. This kit also has removable arms to give you a clean look when you are not towing. The crossbar is required to use an accessory like the Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 to protect the front of your Envision.

Your Envision will require the removal of 2 fuses before you can flat tow. They fuses 29 and 32 in your glove box fuse panel. You can install the Roadmaster FuseMaster # RM76512 to bypass the fuses with the flip of a switch to make your switch to and from flat towing much faster.

The RoadMaster Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-1 will give you all the wiring and safety cables needed to accompany your Falcon tow bars if you do not have them all still. If you have all the safety cables and 7-way cable you will need the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-152 and a 6-Way Connector # RM-910030-7 to control your tail lights on your Envision when you are towing.

Finally I recommend a Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to ensure that your battery on your Envision stays charged. While flat towing will not drain your battery the Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR does use battery power from your Envision.
