Do these wheels allow access to the hub grease fitting and two is the valve stem metal? Thank you ,

The center cap of the Aluminum Viking Wheel and Tire part # A16RG8BML80 is removable without having to take the entire wheel off so yes you could easily access the grease fitting of the spindle underneath it.
