Hello, Will this fit on my 2018 Ram 3500 64inch bed with a bakflip tonneau cover? And would it work to put 3 J-racks on to hold 3 kayaks? Thanks so much!

Since the Adarac ladder rack # A49FR that you referenced installs through the top of the bed rails it would not interfere the function of your BakFlip tonneau cover # BAK26203 you have installed on your 2018 Ram 3500.
For J-style kayak carriers you'd want the Rhino Rack part # S510 with the channel mount adapter # KC-FK8 as well so that you could mount the charrier into the top channel of the bars. Hardware that would wrap around the bars wouldn't work since the bars are larger in diameter than most roof rack crossbars.
