Grille guards and front mount hitches normally use the same or some of the same mounting locations and/or occupy some of the same space in front of the vehicle. It is highly unlikely you will be able to install both a grille guard and a front mount hitch. I have included a link to the front mount hitches and a link to the grille guards we have for your 2013 Toyota Tundra. Since these items are going to install on the frame rails of the truck, they would interfere with each other.
