What is the dynamic load capacity for this item? Im 250 lb capacity is static. Would this work for a rooftop tent?

Some roof racks have a higher static capacity, meaning it can hold more weight when vehicle is not in motion compared to when the vehicle is in motion. This is not the case with the Malone TopTier Load Bar Kit for Utility Trailers # MPG493. I confirmed with Malone that the weight capacity for this system is 250lbs static and 250lbs dynamic. This would work for a roof top tent as long as the overall weight is under 250lbs.
