You should be able to simply pull the Replacement Fan Blade for Ventline RV Range Hood # BCD0409-00 away from the Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Range Hood # BVD0278-00. There is not any hardware holding this fan blade onto the motor, but it may be very tight so you will likely need to pull fairly hard to remove it. Some fan blades may be held on with a cotter pin or bolt which would need to be removed, but this fan blade does not use one.
