Determining Correct Replacement Gear Kit For Older Fulton Jack W/ 1-1/8" Diameter Bevel Gears
Updated 08/04/2021 | Published 08/02/2021 >
Question:
I have a 1989 Malibu Boat with a Fulton Jack, the jack is welded into the trailer frame, so I can not see any numbers on the jack to identify it, I already purchased the gear parts No: 0933306S00 and these are to big, so I need to know which gear kit may be the correct one to order, would it be NO. F0933302S00, or may it be another one, I will submit photos the gears are 1/2inch thick and 1 1/8inch diameter

Expert Reply:
Based on the 1-1/8" diameter x 1/2" thick measurements you provided of your current gears, the Replacement Fulton Gear Kit # F0933302S00 would be the correct gear kit for your older Fulton jack as it includes two bevel gears that are 1-1/8" diameter x 1/2" thick with 1/2" diameter holes to fit a 1/2" shaft.
The included pins measures 7/32" x 3/4" long, and 3/16" x 1" long.
I included a diagram of these measurements for you to take a look at .
