Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame hitch receiver item # 75699 is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 6 cylinder. The prices for each can be found on the product pages. The only models that that specific hitch does not fit are the SRT-8 and EcoDiesel SRT-8.
I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118727. It plugs into the Jeep's wiring adapters behind each tail light. I've linked an install video for you.
I also recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches item # 989891.
