Is there a hitch that will fit a Mazda 3 2010 my current car that can be used on a Mazda 3 2021 when I buy it this fall?

There is a trailer hitch receiver that will fit a 2021 Mazda3 (both the sedan and hatchback), though a hitch from a 2010 won't be able to be transferred. The reason for that is the Mazda3 underwent a design change for the 2019 model year, so the different body style necessitated a change in the hitch design.
So for a 2021 Mazda3, you have a pair of options for a hitch, again depending on if you are going with the sedan or hatchback:
- Hatchback: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98BR
- Sedan: Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24982
If you plan on doing some towing and also need a trailer wiring harness, the correct fit for both the sedan and hatchback is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118808.
