I have a Roadmaster 5000 stowaway tow bar. Can I use with this baseplate?

The Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 522111-1 is a confirmed fit for the 2011 Kia Soul. If by "stowaway tow-bar" you mean, Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar, # RM-501, yes that tow-bar and base plate combination will work.
