Can I order replacement parts ?. I need the shock arm and the arm that you pull down to adjust the top for rain water.

To order the correct Solera replacement arm size, simply measure the length of the wall-mount extrusion from top to bottom.
Short styles will measure 61-1/2" and use part # LC351829 (pair)
Pitched styles will measure 66-1/8" and use part # LC266169 (single arm) or # LC351825 (pair)
Flat styles will measure 69" and use part # LC281154 (single arm) or # LC434727 (pair)
All replacement arms can be used on both power and manual awnings.
