Can I get 4 step with left side hand rail as opposed to right side.

The Econo Porch Trailer Step w/ 2 Handrails and Landing # EHS-103-R-HR that you referenced is a 4-step RV step that comes with a handle for both the left hand and right hand side. If you wanted to leave off either the right or the left you certainly could.
