The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15445 is confirmed to fit the chassis of your 2000 Ford F-350 Chassis. You will want to confirm if the ambulance body will clear the height of the receiver. The top of the receiver will be 5-1/2" below the frame rail. As long as this clears any steps or rear bumpers on your ambulance you will be able to use this receiver.
