Since you already have a Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576 that you use with your RV, then you will need the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 521434-1 which is confirmed to fit your 2012 Jeep Liberty, and compatible with your tow bar.

To complete your flat towing setup you will also need the following components if you do not already have them:

Tow bar wiring: Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 since your tow bar includes a 6-way to 7-way cable, and 6-way connector for the front of your vehicle.

Supplemental braking system: Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor - Proportional # DM86VR if your RV has hydraulic brakes or # DM26VR if your RV has air brakes.
