Question:
1. 1500 Megacabs are built on the 3500 longbed chassis and several of the parts are much heavier duty than the other 1500s. Will this kit fit my 2008 1500 Dodge Ram Megacab 4x4 or do I need a different kit? 2. I would like to T both air springs into a single air valve. Is a T included in the kit or does it need to be purchased separately? If separate, what T can I order from you? 3. Do you also have a gauge that I could install near the fill port if I decide to do that?

I reached out to my contact at Air Lift and the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57230 you were looking at is indeed confirmed to fit your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4WD.
You can T both air lines together so you have one fill port, but to do that you will need to purchase the Air Lift Union Tee for 1/4" Air Lines # AL21838 separately.
There is not a gauge offered that will tell you the pressure in the helper springs, and instead you will just need to use a tire pressure gauge rated for up to 100lbs to check the pressure.
This is a great kit that offers up to 5000lb of load leveling support which can be fine tuned by adjust the air pressure in the springs between 5-100 PSI until you get the correct support for your specific load.
Instead of manual inflating the air helper springs each time you are ready to tow or carry a heavy payload, I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit. I like the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592 as it includes a nice analog gauge with a convent switch that allows you to inflate or deflate the air in your helper springs. With this kit you will not need the T mentioned about, as the one switch will control the air pressure in both springs.
