For a 2021 Chevy Silverado the Thule TracRac SR rack you'd need if you had a 6-1/2 foot bed would be the part # TH43002XT-781 which means for just the base rails you'd want # TH21781.
If you had a 5-3/4 foot bed you'd want the part # TH43002XT-782 which means the base rails by themselves would be # TH21782.
