Will this hitch cause me to relocate my stock license plate and holder?

Since the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT36MR you were looking at for your 2020 Ram 3500 will sit behind the license plate you will want to relocate it, though it may be possible to keep it in the factory location. The reason for this is if you left it in the stock location you would need to remove it each time you want to use the receiver.
I recommend the relocation bracket # 5443.
