Will the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack Fit on My 2019 Hyundai Kona with Flush Rails?

Before ordering, I just want to make sure that the Rhino Rack Roof Rack is the correct rack for my 2019 Hundai Kona that has flush mounted rails. The RR23QJ is certified to fit the 2019 Hundai Kona and seems to be a good choice. I hope it isnt too difficult to install. Thank you
